Cancellations: Orders cancelled after processing are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Please note, unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We are unable to make add-ons and changes after processing. Shipping can take 2 to 10 business day's .

We don't collect information from you when you use our payment system or any card information. We don't handle your credit cards or any personal banking information. We have the rights to substitute a product with a similar product that has been ordered.

When ordering or registering on our site as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card information. This is all handled by our card company. You may, however, visit our website anonymously.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website uses PayPal to ensure this policy. Products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY!
If you have ordered a wrong size of any product, you will need to contact us via e-mail at the e-mail address given to you on this site in 5 min. after receiving YOUR CONFIRMATION E MAIL. ALL RETURNS must be authorized by us via e-mail. It is at your expense to pay shipping to return the item after Sgt. Mark's Depot Store has authorized the return. A 15% restocking fee will apply and any shipping charges that were not applied will be added. You have a 30 day money back exchange on merchandise.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The phone number given is for a mistake you have made on an order and need to change a size, color etc. Do not use customer service phone number to check on your order. Reply to us using your PayPal receipt via e-mail so we understand what your problem is and this will help us correct any problems.

Our Customer Service phone line is open from 9 Am to 5 PM  EST, MONDAY - FRIDAY! CLOSED ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS! IT IS BEST TO USE OUR E- MAIL PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE SO WE CAN KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CONCERNS. 

SHOPPING CART
Before you hit the buy button, please check your cart for correct sizes! Any returns are for correct sizes ONLY on the website. No refunds will be given unless authorized by Sgt. Mark's Depot Store. Anyone that does not repurchase the correct size will be charged again for the returned item(s). The Items that you returned will be sent back to you.
